Mark Sullivan

Mark has been involved in Water Polo as either a player, coach, or referee for over 40 years. After playing water polo in high school, Mark was the head coach at Sycamore High School from 1988-1998 where his girls team was State Champions five years & runner up for three years. From there, he became a referee until he moved onto Mason High School where he started their new program. He remained on until 2015 as Head Coach, culminating with his girls team winning the State Championship in 2013.

Mark is currently the Head Swim Coach at Mason High School. His girl's team was back to back State Champions in 2018 and 2019.

Mark is a retired Physical Education teacher & resides in Mason with his wife Jackie. He has four grown children, two of which (Kelly and Maureen), had very successful high school water polo careers.
