Part of being certified to officiate in high school level competition is to complete the annual rules test. This can be completed after you have filled out your application and paid your annual dues. The test is based on the most current NFHS rules book.

You must pass the test with a score of 88% to be eligible to referee game assigned by OWPRA. Referees can take the test as many times as needed to pass.
