Referee Misconduct Form
OWPRA is a professional organization with high expectations for referee behavior. We believe our referees to be high-character individuals who are knowledgeable of the rules of water polo and how to maintain player safety at all times. Should any referee not be upholding these high standards, any stakeholder is welcome to submit a referee misconduct form so that our organization can respond accordingly as guided by our Bylaws and Constitution.
