Chad Packer

Chad Packer is in his third term as Supervisor of Officials for OWPRA. In his time on the Board, OWPRA has undertaken several exciting initiatives. Together with Greg Sanchez and Mike Jones, the three of them established OWPRA as a 501c3 organization. The use of Google Forms and Sheets has become a best practice for assigning referees and establishing a forward-facing organization. Several of OWPRA’s referees are now officiating collegiately as well as refereeing at USA Water Polo national and regional events.

Eli Fellers

Eli Fellers is in his first term as the OWPRA Secretary. As an OWPRA member for over 10 years, Eli has contributed on many levels. He has mentored referees, climbed the local, state, and national levels as a referee and is interested most in helping the organization become a force in the Midwest. Eli is a lead accountant for a landscaping company in Columbus and manages several crews of workers as well as the finances of the business.
