Fall 2008	The NFHS 2008-2009 rules will be used for the 2008 Ohio high school water polo season. Membership fees for the OWPRA include rule books for each member. Rule Interpretations	NFHS instructions to referees and points of emphasis to coaches and referees will be used during the 2008-2009 season
