Allegation of Referee Misconduct


OWPRA expects that each referee will abide by OWPRA's Code of Conduct. If you believe that a referee has violated the Code of Conduct, OWPRA invites you to report this allegation to OWPRA's Judicial Committee. To report an allegation of referee misconduct, please read and complete this form. Submit the form to OWPRA's Judicial Committee by clicking the "submit" button at the end of the form. Note that items indicated with an asterisk (*) are required.
